Position: SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING PROVIDER
Availability:Full time, benefit eligible
Description:You will support, encourage and teach independence in all areas of daily living to adults with developmental disabilities. You will teach these skills in the consumers’ homes and in the community. Will assist consumers with finances, cooking, grocery needs, shopping, home care, personal care, and education. You must be a team player with good communication skills.
Prerequisites:A high school diploma or equivalent is required as is a valid driver’s license


Position: RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROVIDER
Availability:Full time and part time days or evenings with every other weekend
Description:Assist with activities of daily living, self care, money management, dining, problem solving, interpersonal skills, leisure time, independent living and community integration for adults with developmental disabilities living in group homes. Serves as advocate for individual.
Prerequisites:High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.


Position: JOB COACH
Availability:Full time benefit eligible
Description:Full time, benefited position responsible for helping clients obtain and maintain employment. Assists individuals in defining job goals., learning job tasks, and problem solving various barriers to employment. Adapts tasks and/or methods of work to meet the individual’s abilities while maintaining employer set standards. Develops on the job “natural supports” that will enable the individual to be as independent of staff intervention as possible. Acts as a role model whenever in the presence of the individual
Prerequisites:. High School Diploma or equivalent and valid, clean driver’s license required.


Position: SHARED LIVING CASE MANAGER
Availability:Full time; benefit eleigible
Description:. Develops, implements, coordinates and monitors provision of services to an assigned caseload of individuals who have a developmental disability and reside in Shared Living.
Prerequisites:Good communicator; team player; computer proficient; relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid driver’s license required


Position: PARENT OUTREACH SERVICES PROVIDER
Availability:Full time; benefit eleigible
Description:Works independently, supporting, encouraging and teaching independence and parenting skills to parents with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or the community. Assists individuals with finances and budgeting, meal planning, cooking, grocery shopping and shopping for any personal needs or family needs. Will assist in providing education on health and safety issues and parenting education and training as well as emotional support as needed
Prerequisites:. Valid driver’s license and minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.


Position: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT ADVOCATE CENTER CASE MANAGER
Availability:20 HOURS PER WEEK
Description:Provides direct services to children and families upon the commencement of an alleged child abuse case, allowing easy access, timely response and flexibility to deliver services in school, the home and the community.
Prerequisites:. Requires a minimum of BSW or BS in Social Services. 2 years experience working with families. Excellent written and verbal skills. Knowledge of the dynamic of child and adult sexual abuse (specific training) preferred. Typing skills, windows skills, and be able to navigate e-mail usage.
